Citrus Blossom Bakery specializes in beautiful buttercream wedding cakes and delicious dessert tables.
I focus on smaller 2- or 3-tier centerpiece cakes with a variety of small bites of dessert for your guests to indulge. You get the classic wedding cake experience AND a fun spread for your guests.
I was trained at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts in Toronto, Canada in 2015. Since then I have interned with artist/pastry chef Nadia and Co, worked in the head office team opening SusieCakes across the country, and was the catering manager for Vanilla Bake Shop. I now work as the pastry chef for the Redlands Oyster Cult and have opened my home cake studio for custom wedding requests. Sweets are my passion.
I love working at Serendipity Garden Weddings, Speakeasy on State, The Grove, Kimberly Crest and will deliver about 40 miles outside of Redlands.
